All About the New Printshop
Hi friends!
I hope you are having a great week! It’s been a cozy rainy week here in Chicago, which is just totally amplifying all of the spooky feels. I for one am having a great week and here’s why: my new printshop is LIVE!
I know to some, 5 new prints might not seem like that big of a deal - but to me, it is SO much more than that! This is the first time that I have ever been totally in control of my prints in-house and am able to offer a variety of sizes.
Let’s backtrack.
It’s always been a huge goal of mine to offer prints of my artwork in-house, as opposed to using a third-party printer. But to be honest, I had never really felt like my life was stable enough to offer that service in a quality that I could maintain. I was too nervous that if I was going to move cities (or countries lol) that it would just not work out. At the time, it just seemed easier to use a third-party dropshipping company, even if that meant they weren’t as personal as I wanted them to be. I also never really had the space to store the printer, paper, packing, and shipping supplies. Until now! Well, when I say I have space now.. I mean a small corner of our living room - but hey, it works! City living, am I right?

Anywho, a few months ago - I decided I was READY! I watched ENDLESS amounts of Youtube and read SO much about all the printers and all that they can do. I took a few print production classes in college and I also worked at a printing studio, so I felt like I knew what I was looking for - but still, the printing world can be overwhelming.
And now here we are! I painted these 5 paintings just for fun over the last few months, and it’s a bit of an eclectic collection. If you like flowers, abstracts, or the Queen - this collection is for you. If not, don’t worry! This is only the beginning. The main thing has always been just actually getting everything set up and the way I like it, and now the opportunities are endless! (hint: holiday cards are definitely going to be in the works this year)
So, what makes these prints different? Well now they are offered in 4 sizes: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 12x16. (Of course, if you ever need a different size - just send me an email at info@rachelreynoldsart.com with what you’re looking for). Each piece of art has been scanned in and carefully edited to make sure every detail is just how it should be. They are printed on a bright white, smooth, matte paper. Each print has been individually printed, inspected, signed and packaged by yours truly!

These are definitely made with love, and I am so excited to share them with you. Like I said, this is only the beginning! I’m always open to hearing new painting suggestions, so if you have an idea for a print - let me know in the comments :)
Cheers! Rachel
